  Every time that I come into this branch I am greeted and treated very kindly by Atia DeArma. She is very curious and I always leave knowing that I was taken very good care of. Ms. DeArma is a wonderful asset to your financial institution. She goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at ease everyone leaves either with a smile on their faces. She always makes people laugh and that makes people feel comfortable and at ease.

  I am a customer of this bank since 2013. They are very professional and provide me excellent service specially MR. Pawan Kumar I visited this branch today and I thaught I deposit 630 but I was wrong on counting my money actually amount I gave them is 730 then I received a call from MR. Pawan kumar he told me To recount my money because they are over in the cash. When I counted my money I was hundred dollars short, I am very impressed with honesty of that guy. This is the great service so far I had in my life from any bank. Good job KUMAR,

  I visited the location at 45415 Dulles crossing plaza sterling va 20166 on 4/03. I was there to receive money through western union. I was approached by branch manager Whitney brown to open a account I declined. She said “then why are you here if you don’t want to bank with us” as per the sign located at the front it says non member are welcomed. Definitely did not feel welcomed at all. I shouldnt be pushed to open an account with you Guys if I already declined

  I came across a very rude Indian lady today. She was rude to me only because I forgot my folder there the day before. She made me wait for half an hour before showing her colleagues where she had kept my folder. I lost my break time for no reason. I even said thank you and she completely ignored me. Please train your people to show professionalism at all time! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and as a new customer I am starting to question myself!

  I have been with for years. Right when they opened in the sterling walmart. The service has always been great. So far the tellers have all been very friendly and super helpful. This is a great bank.

  They have Western Union here but to be able to withdraw the money they ask you to open a bank account.
