      Frequent sign in issues online. Over the weekend had to provide a new password to access my account. Today on Weds same issue and requires new password. This is tiring and unprofessional as a bank. Thinking of changing to another bank because this happen 3 months ago also.

      Love this bank but do not appreciate waiting in line while two associates are socializing and not paying attention. One associate actually working. Finally after 10 minutes, a second associate came to help. Glad this is not my home branch.
