  Steve Loechtenfeldt is my mortgage loan originator. Steve was very professional and explained everything about my mortgage. Steve kept me constantly informed about how the mortgage was progressing. When I ran into a snag regarding the appraisal Steve went about and beyond to make calls to the selling real estate agent who was also the owner f the property. I am highly satisfied with the complete loan process and would recommend Steve to others who are looking to buy or refi. Thank you Steve!

  Always outstanding customer service, Steve and his team treat you like close family. Always looking out for our best interests. Couldnt have ask for a better mortgage company.Made a difficult process very manageable and understanding. I Highly recommend calling them. And challenge any another mortgage company to match them.
