      I had a misunderstanding with the branch manager over the phone. Now there is some sort of discrepancy against my online account and I can't access it. Corporate refuses to tell me what the supposed discrepancy is. I can't stand industries that feel that they need to screw over their customers. I will never go back to this branch as long as that manager still has her job there. I owe no money and my account is in good standings. This whole corporation is full of it. They are very unprofessional and it's just all around joke of a company.

      Everyone at this branch is awesome!! They all know me by name, and always in a good mood. They also treat my employees very well, like they are family. I love this bank.

      The clerks here are always really nice and helpful, and want to work WITH you rather than against you. They are fast, I've never had to wait in a long line to get taken care of. Over all, I'm pleased with woodforest and this branch is no exception.

      I have been with Woodforest Bank for 3 years. Their second chance checking was exactly what I needed. Recently I was contacted by their fraud department asking me if I made a particular transaction with my debit card. I said I didn't, so they immediately cancelled that card and initiated a dispute. The next day I signed the forms and was issued a new card that day. They were really on top of things in catching the fraudulent purchase and my account was credited the money back. The service reps are always very professional and friendly and are always glad to help with anything you need.
