  The lady in there offered me $50 for a 1/2 C. Diamond ring, said NO BODY ANYWHERE WOULD GIVE YOU ANYMORE.... Went off exit 3 and got $200 for it. And she offered me $30 for one even better than the first one. So please do not 🚫 bring jewelry in this place, do yourself a favor and take it to someone who knows what a diamond is!!!!

  At first it was normal, I came a bit early and talked to an employee named Jack before they were able to let me in. Immediately I saw and bought an echo weed eater and a couple other items. While getting checked out by jack one of the female employees presented herself, not very social or friendly at first but I understand people have good and bad days. I cracked a joke about the price and said, "oh well, I have 2 dogs but only like one of them so that one can go without dinner tonight." Obviously joking, I have a conscience after all and I love my pups. However Jenna Carlson did not like that and point blank told me... the customer.... "No, that isn't funny at all... I'm sorry that's just not funny." Lol I'm sorry Jenna if I hit a nerve or something but that's not the way to treat people in your community. I will still come back but others wouldn't be so forgiving of her attitude. I shouldn't even be writing this it just hit me wrong. Great place overall, just couldn't light up all 5 stars due to that one rude employee. Misery loves company

  I have worked for Tyler and Carla for over 2 years and have never had a single problem unlike Mr. snowflake Dan. Its simple come to work do your job and stop looking to play the victim. He has wrote a bad review about every place he has ever worked. plus the hotel he stayed in and gave a bad review because they charged him $100 for smoking in a no smoking room. LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE WANTS A FREE RIDE LOSER PS who loses a chicken farm contract

  Most honest people not sure if I dropped $20 or not from a gun sell there was only $10 in my Pocket either way the lady behind the counter didn't judge me like I was making up a story to get extra cash. I highly recommend doing business with them in the future:)

  Just bought a Poulan Leaf Blower got it home & it locked up on me.. Still had the same gas in it from when I when I bought it.. Took it back to the store, The blower was still warm from me using it. And the guy that sold it to me was nice. BUT then the MANAGER Jenna or Janna jumped in and said well did somebody start it up, Yeah,But we didn't do a yard or run it for 10min either.. She said well sorry we can't do anything about that... No Worries will never do business with them again & I encourage you to not either... The South Side store 401 South 3rd St. PADUCAH,Ky 42003

  Fiancé and I went in looking for toolboxes. Were told by the first person that she didn’t know anything about what we were looking for , waited for 15 mins another lady asked us and we told her what we were looking for , she then proceeds to ask another customer about what he was bringing in totally ignoring us! (Discrimination)Will be making a visit and having a talk with OWNER that is at the Park Ave location.

  This is a great place to go....an the staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend this pawn shop than the others! :D
