  Overall, companies like this need to exist so people have a way to pay bills or need emergency funds. However, I have had issues with a lot of the employees at the Layton Avenue store in that they can't find my file, or they take way too long, up to two hours to get a loan, or have problems with the intranet, or run out of paper for the printer, or show up late and the store isn't open, Etc. Now that I found out Erica, the manager of this store, works on Mondays and Wednesdays, those will be the only 2 days I go to the store either to borrow or to pay. I pay my loans off in 2 weeks and I've been a customer for I think seven years now. And that's month after month. I choose to borrow in order to pay for supplies for my business and pass on the loan interest to my customers. Or when I need funds to pay for the vet or emergency medical bills.
