  At the time I got my title loan, I needed the money. I found the employees and their expertise absolutely impeccable. The office is clean and comfortable. The ONLY reason I gave a four star review is because of the interest on the loan. There were no surprises, I got what I expected. The loan rate is nothing less than astronomic. If by chance you need a loan of this type, then I would absolutely recommend this company at 1616 W Court St. in Janesville. Be prepared, however, for “sticker shock “ when you see the actual numbers. Im fortunate that I actually COULD afford to pay it off very fast. Again, the employees are kind and knowledgeable. You aren’t treated as you would expect, meaning if you qualify, you will get treated with respect and dignity. As long as you realize what you’re getting into before you go, then you’ll find no less than quick and courteous service from all employees. Last, thank you WI auto title loan. There were no surprises. Once I left with my loan, I understood exactly all aspects of what I was about to enter into, and I was pleasantly surprised just how efficient they are. Even with Covid-19 running rampant, I was out of there in less than an hour, with more than I needed, however, this was good because I needed the extra funds. I’ll be paying off my loan tomorrow, and thats even better. 😜

  I did an online application and received a call from Stacey as soon as they opened once we did the pre- application over the phone she told me the documents to bring in and 15 mine later we were in process. Stacey was very informative and professional explaining everything as we went along. This was a very pleasant experience for it to be a loan business. I highly recommend anyone to go in and visit this branch.
