  ****************************************** UPDATE RETRACTION ******************************************* After months of doing business with this company and getting to know the girls in this location I have come to the conclusion that it was a misunderstanding. This company has two very capable and customer service oriented girls in La Crosse. They have been very polite and nice to deal with and I have learned that you probably should not write a review on a company In the Heat of the answer. So my apologies to the girls at the office and Wisconsin Title auto loans I recommend this company if you ever need help financially there the ones to go to. *********************************************** Careful employees here have amnesia. Anything they promise you make sure you get it in writing. After being approved for $1,300 loan I was only given $1,000 and promise that upon my first payment I would get the other 300 but they deny saying that. I saw witness for myself that the same promise was made to another customer and fulfilled. So now she says that's not the policy. Kirsten was very patronizing and condescending. I'm going to pay yourself as quick as I can so I can get away from that company buyer beware.

  Excellent services, friendly personnel, and a great attitude, I honestly feel iffy about title loan places, but this one makes it easy and doesn’t make you feel pressured about it. Thank you to Katie for making this a great experience.

  The best customer service i have ever experienced. 10 out 5 stars for that. Everything is explained well and the atmosphere in general is comfortable. Kid friendly and kept nice. I highly recommend!!
