Staff at the physical bank is Great! App and Website are archaic. Worst online banking system and experience out there. Chase, Bank of America and PNC are light years ahead of Wintrust. Wintrust keeps claiming that updates are coming. They've been saying that for 5 years now and it has only gotten worse.
