  Dealing with Jan and the team at Diamond makes you feel like a million bucks. Jan helps you get your credit score just a littttttle higher to get that percent interest down, down, down, and she is super flexible- Can do VA, FHA, conventional, etc. As an independent broker, she shops for you to get you the right loan for you. She literally adopts each of her clients into her family. I work with Realtors and they all love her, too. She makes the process so easy on everyone. I have recommended her to any and everyone i know and they all gush over how awesome their experience is.

  My husband and I worked very closely with Jan, Lisa, and Amy on our first home purchase. These ladies are so knowledgeable and amazing to work with. We had some hurdles to jump through for our credit from things like credit cards and student loans, but Jan and her team worked diligently to find the best solution for us and made it all work out in the end.
