  This place exceeded my expectations! Staff was fantastic. I was in a hard spot, and other places wouldn't buy my stuff. Not only did they buy it, but gave me more than I hoped for. Fair, friendly, and fast. Thank you windy city pawn!

  Worst customer service ever. These guys are the RUDEST pawn shop in town. This review is not for 1 visit but 4. Every time I go in to make payment or get an item out of pawn, they are so rude to me. good with loans, terrible manners. I mean honestly this happens every single time I visit, I have to go tomorrow to get a computer back and Im already expecting to be treated like crap...thats pretty bad guys...seriously.

  Hello, my name Jorge and I am deaf. I was called those area from VRS (Videophone Sorensen) with interpreter through phone. So, I called that person name Joe. I already let him know that I am deaf and on way that place to buy Nintendo Switch, but I had hard time communication with him through OfferUp message and he never reply back. I am so frustrating have hard time to get Nintendo switch due I am deaf.
