  Horrible. Not informative to newer buyers. Impatient. Snappy. A complete waist of time to try with them. There's a reason it's not the WilsonLittlePlaxco Team. And you will only get calls right before 5pm on a Friday from Angela when you know you can't call her after 5 and on the weekend. Disappointed doesn't even scratch the surface. Infuriated really. I'd be happy to NEVER hear the name "Bank of England" for the rest of my life.

  The team at Prime Lending is top notch. I had the best experience working with them. I am a new home buyer and was very nervous and had a lot of questions. They were always patient, kind, and informative and willing to talk through any questions or concerns that I had. Customer service means everything to me. I won't do business where I'm not treated as a valued customer, and I won't recommend companies that don't provide that level of service.   Ben helped us purchase our first home five years ago and our second home this year when we unexpectedly sold our house and had a small window of time to find and close on a new one. The application process was quick and easy to understand and Ben and his team kept us informed and answered my many questions throughout the process.   Brandon and Jonathan killed it for us getting our package ready for underwriting!!!! There were definitely a few challenges along the way and they went the extra mile to make sure that our family transitioned into our home as smoothly as possible. I recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home. A huge bonus that they have is a free float down, where they lock in the lowest interest rate available before your closing...this is an amazing perk as we all know that the market fluctuates.   It's not really something you think about until you need it, but a quality, communicative, kind and supportive mortgage lender really, really matters when you're spending "house-level" money. Alan and Ben at Prime Lending are doing something special. There's a reason all my friends have sought their business when buying and refinancing. They have the knowledge but also the attitude and friendship-first approach and makes the process painless and almost (dare I say) enjoyable.

  We have been doing business with Ben now for 12 years. Buying a new home is the biggest investment you’ll ever make. It’s nice to know that you can sit back and let Ben and his team handle everything. They’ll call you if they need anything and that’s it! Closing is a breeze, then hello new home!
