  I had an issue with some transactions on my account and was very frustrated as I could not get the answer I needed. I had spoke with several people at other locations and just not had any luck at all. With no resolve in sight, I was ready to close my account. Last minute, kind of improv, I decided to call the Carthage location... Good news brief: I am so very impressed, to say the very least. Tara, and I do hope I spelled that correctly, answered my call with a smile I was able to hear. She was so very knowledgeable and kind, answering questions that others weren't able to, or might I say.. didn't make the attempt. She also took the time to explain things/processes that I apparently also need to know. Joe, branch manager, also met me with sincere kindness that I didn't expect and gave me much needed information. Life can be so hectic, and finances can make things harder! It was very heartwarming to hear friendly voices from those two people today and I just felt that this review was in order.

  This is the most helpful bank around!! They greet you with warm smiles and hello’s and know how to take care of business!! I highly recommend this branch!!

  Would not rely on these people for anything. My staffing company sent my deposit for my work week to them for it to get put in my account and these people decided to send it back to the staffing company amd now im out $700 and rent is due in 4 days.
