  Robert and his team made my buying experience alot more positive than I expected. I encountered some hiccups along the way but they never allowed me to be defeated and in August 2019 I walked into my new custom built home.

  Robert's team was incredible to work with and he made the entire process fast and streamlined. Working with him, our mortgage process with Willow Bend went incredibly smooth!   EDIT: I have to hand it to Robert, Mari, and the Willow Bend team--though we got off to a rough start, they did everything in their power to make it right. We were able to get back in touch, Robert answered my questions (and I had many), and I ended up with the same rate we'd previously discussed. He and Mari kept me apprised of all developments in the closing process, exhibited a high degree of professionalism, and pushed the refinance to close in a reasonable amount of time. They were not pushy, and indicated on multiple occasions that they wanted me to feel comfortable before proceeding. I ended up with a rate about 45% lower than what I previously had, and the closing costs were fair. Thank you to the Willow Bend team for earning my trust and my business. My parents recently refinanced their home through Willow Bend and had a positive experience. I highlighted that when I spoke to Robert about my own refi, and indicated that I was hopeful my experience would be similar. Well, it hasn't been. Robert was initially very responsive (i.e. immediately picked up when I called and spent time on the phone taking my application), and initially followed up when I told him I was shopping around. But that communication suddenly stopped. The last time I spoke to Robert, I told him I was interested in going through with the refi but needed to run it by my financial advisor before proceeding. He offered to follow up with me, and I welcomed it. But I never received a follow up. After not hearing back, I reached out by text and didn't hear back. I subsequently called him, and left a message with an employee who promised Robert would call me back. But it's been radio silence. I was ready, willing, and able to give Willow Bend my business, but their lack of communication with this would-be customer turned me away.

  I have nothing but good things to say about Willow Bend. Lidza and Elizabeth helped my family and me so much throughout the whole process. They quickly answered all of my questions and explained in detail each step of the process. I am thankful because, as a first time home buyer, I was a bit lost. I had some ups and downs, but they did everything possible to make it happen. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

  Art Adame and the team behind him are one of a kind! Lidza the processor was amazing without her my loan would’ve not closed! I am so blessed to have had such a great company and team do my mortgage loan! Will recommend them to everyone I know looking for a loan!
