Katie Arnold who is our main CSR is amazing. She is always there to help and trouble shoot accounts when needed. She works hard to get back to us with answers to our questions in a timely manner. She's the most professional and the sweeties I've ever worked with.

I attended their SLRCC conference in South Carolina last year and was very impressed with the professionalism that was shown by each of their presenters. The entire conference was well planned and I came away with many useful tools to use in my collection service position at my University. Presenters provided insight to new rulings and criteria that is being considered in the industry and offered suggestions on how to deal with these changes.

I rarely do this, but I have to brag on this company and their employees for a moment. Let's be honest, debt collection sucks. It is no easy job or task to get ahold of people, much less get them to actually pay their bill without feeling like you are pulling teeth. Take me for example. I changed my phone number about a year ago to have my own plan. My old phone was still active on my father's plan, and had a wild hair to check that old voicemail. I was astonished to find I had 7 voicemails since May from Lori Dunlap and Julie Kivett. Of course I panicked. I have had terrible experience with debt collectors with medical bills etc in the past and of course assumed this would be the same experience due to miscommunication. My first thought? "oh crap my credit is doomed." I was pleasantly surprised when Julie Kivett answered the phone. She was wonderful from start to finish. She was kind, patient and took the time to listen why I had yet to pay my bill (although I suppose I could have kept my personal life story to myself). She made our transaction simple, and even explained to me the process difference of whether I pay it through the school or the company directly. Most importantly, she made me feel safe with my transaction. I have dealt with debt collectors before than made me unsure that they were even a reliable source, and automatically assumed the worst with them. Not with Williams and Fudge Inc. I had originally planned to pay this later due to the possibility of double drafting etc. as I have dealt with in the past, but felt from my conversation with Julie that I would be fine to go ahead and process my payment. No one likes to spend money, I personally was dreading it from the get go but by the end of my transaction I realized it was better to get it over with and even felt a sigh of relief to mark something off my "To-Do" list. I applaud you, Williams & Fudge Inc. Thank you for all you guys do, and taking good care of me. I appreciate and understand the difficulty of your jobs, and hope that by writing this people take into consideration just how much you do and perhaps begin to appreciate you more also!!! Thanks so much!!!

I would like to share what a fantastic turn around W&F has made for us with increasing our revenue. We were able to contract with them recently and a few short months later we visibly seen what their company could do for us and excited with our partnership going forward. Everything is streamlined and very efficient to work with on their website as well.

I had an Excellent experience with this company! I have several other collection agencies calling me with rude and harassing collectors. The person who called me took the time to listen to why I was not able to pay my bill and treated me with dignity and respect. I was a little embarrassed and defensive at first but in the end we were able to work out a payment arrangement that worked for both of us. I wish more companies (including collection agencies) treated others like people rather than a task.

Basically my daughter was checking out colleges in our area, went and spoke to a teacher about the type of class she was interested in at the local community college and that was that. My daughter never attended one class, never even spoke to anyone at (Everett Comm. College) again. She went to check out ITT Tech Inst. and enrolled there for the next 3-4 years. Approx. 2-3 months later we get a collection letter (addressed to my daughter demanding payment )for Everett Comm.College for $1048.00. Do they even check to see if the debt is even owed ?. Oh, the collection has already been entered on her Credit report. I personally think if you want to be a reputable company, maybe you should possibly call the consumer and see if the information is correct first before you damage someones credit.

They WILL NOT stop calling, and I have no ties to Williams & Fudge. My student loans are in repayment status and I am in monthly contact with the company that handles my accounts. They are calling for some guy, and I'm a woman. W&F even called my landlord, which was awkward and mildly threatening (they made sure to tell my landlord that "they knew where I lived"). Any time I get a phone call from W&F in the future, I'm going to start keeping records and potentially pursue legal action.

Words cannot express the level of professionalism exhibited by W&F. They have the highest collection rate, as well as the best customer service. We love everything and everyone - with a special shout out to John and Rocky! My only complaint is with myself for not signing on with them sooner.

Due to an incorrect registration at a University, my husband received a call from Williams and Fudge about a late payment. Within 1 week the school had corrected the billing issue and the account was closed with Williams and Fudge. Both Thibault Faouz and Julie (I can't remember her last name) were very thorough throughout the process and exhibited excellent customer service skills. I also spoke with Bob Duenkel, who was incredibly helpful. I would give the firm more stars, but I had a particularly bad experience with ONE individual at the firm, everyone else made dealing with a particularly stressful and confusing situation a bit easier.

OH MY I cannot describe how terrible this company is. A woman by I believe the name Kayla Wright made up some crazy lie about my situation in order to try to get me to pay my debt. Long story short, I have a collection out for my university. We are willing to pay 20% less than what they are asking (my father is) but they won’t budge. She calls me today and made up a story “your father said he isn’t going to help you & to revert all phone calls back to you” LIE LIE LIE. She couldn’t come up with the proof, told her to confrence him in but she “couldn’t do that” then all of this other nonsense. Sorry but you want money from me, better not make up stories. I really Hope this place goes out of business
