  First time mortgage. We found our house by chance and needed quick pre-approval. Will came through clutch and we were able to get preapproved quickly. Being a non citizen, visa holder made things much more complicated and stressful once it was submitted for final approval. Will definitely eased our concerns and helped us through all the difficult hurdles. Securing a mortgage and buying a home for the first time is a daunting process. Will was always extremely patient and really took the time to understand the whole process. We successfully secured our loan at a great rate and closed last Friday on the home we wanted.
