  Alex was quick, friendly, and professional. He answered my questions promptly and kept in contact through each step of the process. I've been banking with WFCU for close to 10 years now, and I have not been disappointed by any staff member's conduct.

  Teresa went out of her way to help me out. We had the loan process started and closed within a day, even with changing things up a bit. She was very friendly and helpful the whole way. Very happy with everything!

  I worked with Candy Thompson on an Auto Loan and Consolidation Loan. Candy was extremely professional and made the process go so smoothly! Candy went above and beyond for my loan needs! If you’re in the market for a new loan, I would highly recommend her services! I worked with Brittnie Haight for my account setup. Brittnie was quick, professional and easy to work with on getting my new savings and checking account started up! Highly recommend Brittnie if you’re looking for a new bank to bank with!

  I use Wichita fed for my Auto loans I love the service I receive, it helps they have great rates too. Alex Febres is the guy I use. He is amazing, very prompt and explains everything. I get the impression that Alex and Wichita fed are not there just to make money, I feel they have my best interests at heart. Thank you Wichita Fed.
