  This branch is the slowest drive-up service I have ever experienced at a bank. Every single time I try to cash a check, they give me some kind of hassle about my address. I have a bank account there, I have a check to cash, that is all they should need to know to give me MY money. If it weren't for the other positive aspects of MB Financial Bank, this location would seriously make me consider putting my money elsewhere. However, every other branch I have gone to has been great. And, I will say that their bankers within the bank itself are very courteous and professional. For some reason the drive up is just ridiculous every time, and unfortunately cashing a check is the majority of my business at the physical bank.

  American chartered was so great. So sad they're gone. These people are hopeless. Slow and unsure on how to do their own jobs.

  Cindy and Natalie are the best tellers ever
