  Please I ask of anyone do not do business with this company!!! I'm a woman that was in desperate need of transportation to get to and from work. Kevin seemed nice when I first when into the office to meet with him but when I refused to agree with the offer he presented he became rude. I thank God that I didn't sign any paperwork. If you're a woman please be careful and bring a male who knows about car sales.

  If you are truly desperate and have no other options I still would not go to them. Kevin is the most rude and arrogrant man I have ever met in my life. I purchased a car from Express Auto Sales @ 1400 North Causeway Blvd., in Metairie. who did not offer me a warranty and I wasn't told upfront. (My fault) I know. One of the salesman's by the name of Brad called me 4-5 times per day asking if I would please just go and sign the paperwork to secure the loan and he could hold the car until I get in to the office in a few days. So being desperate, and excited I complied. I'm a single mother and needed a vehicle to get to work 30 minutes away from my home. Therefore, I thought the guys at Express Auto Sales were honest individuals. The car was a totally bummer. Air conditioner stopped working within the first 3 days, it was raining in three different locations, pouring down. I spent several hundred of dollars trying to get a real mechanic to figure out why I kept loosing feron. It would blow cold air for a few days and then the next few days it felt like 90 degrees. Unfortunately, the issue was worst then I thought. Very expensive to fix and even after speaking to the car salesmans after a week or so, he claimed nothing was wrong with the vehicle that he knew of, and immediately hung up. I immediately contacted Westside Credit and spoke with Kevin, and mentioned to him how I felt like I was just ripped off. Kevin informed me that he thought they were doing much better as far as the cars being sold. As it turns out he was wrong. Please people don't buy any cars from Express Auto Sales and please do not get a loan through Westside Credit. I think these guys are working together to sell bad cars and charge high interest rates. Nothing but a bunch of crooks. They pray on people who are in dire need of a vehicle.

  was friendly at first until today 8/11/2017 My vehicle need to go in the shop Talk to Kevin like always and he stated that i couldnt get a second loan to pay my note for my truck. When i stated to him i would have to use my car note to get my truck out the shop So would still be needing a loan anyway.. Kevin starting laughing ..When i ask what is funny .He state how you borrow money from a company that you owe . I had loans before i and most company allow you to have two account. But i guess being hoesnty dont get you no where. When i stated to him its not professional to make funny or laugh about someone situation. Kevin being to yell and how can you tell not to laugh when u call me asking for a loan he being to scream and play the vitcim. I have heard Kevin given ppl loans with open account. I have heard Kevin call customer who had two account and didnt pay I have several friend that have loan with so I dont understand the problem. But i will be reporting this to the BBB. also And by the grace of God .. I will have my $325 for my note .. cant wait until am done. Kevin i will pray for you.

  Dont do business with these people, I took out a loan on a vehicle thinking it would help me build credit, turns out they dont even report to the credit bureau. They only report if you miss out on payments.
