      Tulsa Federal Credit Union name had credibility in the name. Changing the name to "We Street" has lost that credibility in the name. Not happy with this name change. Would have been better if members had a say in it instead of using an outside focus group.

      My husband and I just left TFCU Skiatook and we had to get a BUNCH of paper work printed out. Kelsey McIntosh took excellent care of us both, going very much above and beyond our expectations for our visit! She even gave us comforting information about credit building and home purchasing!       No one will answer the phone, whoever is in charge of answering the phone needs fired And if you're closed on st Patrick's day your bank is a joke. The page says you're open so must be just lazy staff.
