L Lee5I have had my mortgage through this bank for years and recently switched my checking account over to this bank. I went into the branch with a problem that stemmed from a different bank and it was rectified immediately. Each person I came in contact with was friendly and had smiles on their faces, including the branch manager! I am happy I chose Bank of Oklahoma. In addition, I had a recent name change. Laura at the Owasso branch made the changing of 2 accounts fast and easy. Thank you Bank of Oklahoma.

Jessica Fletcher2My husband has his mortgage through this bank. When we were married, we moved financial institutions. We came to bank in person to fill out the change of direct deposit about 15 days before the next withdrawal. He filled out the form. Then on the 4th I noticed the payment had not cleared. I asked my husband to call them. He spoke with someone who stated that it had processed on the new account info and to wait a few more days for it to post. After a week, we called back because it still had not posted, to which they informed us of a late charge and bounced fee because they had charged the wrong account. They did remove the late fee and the bounced check fee since it was their mistake. Next month, we received an escrow update that was going to cause our payment to go up over $110 a month. So we payed the difference electronically rather than send them a check. We did this to keep our payment low. Following that we received our monthly statement and bill that had the higher payment we were trying to avoid. My husband again called this bank. The employee informed my husband that the bill must have been printed prior to us paying the difference and that they would not actually be charging that amount since we paid the escrow difference. On the day of the payment withdrawal, it was the higher amount. Again causing my husband to have to call and have them correct it. All the employees seem to be very polite and respectable, however the amount of work that it requires for the clients to keep this bank from messing up payments on a mortgage is exhausting. This will be the third month we have to call and make them do the right thing since it wasn't done correctly the first time. My husband and I do not have the time between working overtime, part-time, and night shift to be chasing a bank around that should have it together.

No Mas1Came here a couple of days and had the absolute worst service ever. I walked through the door and approached the counter and was “helped” by hope I think her name was. She was absolutely rude and acted as if I wasn’t important enough to help. I hope someone sees this and does not let her try to “help” you. Worst service I’ve ever had at a bank.
