      I was told I could get my money when I wanted, that's was a lie. Waited almost an hour to get my money just to be denied. They didn't have a problem taking my money tho.

      The staff is has always been super helpful and friendly with me Everytime I visit the branch. I wish I could remember the lady who I talked to about getting a loan through them because she was the best when it came to answering my questions and informing me on my account as well as things I can do to help my credit! This branch as well as this bank has been nothing but great for me. They are on top of it when I have any issues or concerns!!

      We had a car loan there we got a little behind on payments. The loan officer would not work with me I think her name is ck West. Instead they repossessed our car last week. Today we get a letter wanting t HD e whole amount of the car. Regardless of the payments we have made! I will never finance another car through them miss west is very rude.

      My 1 star review comes from the fact I was lied to by the Financial Center Manager, Abel Medina he says he is the main manager and the incident involved my Debit card I've been waiting for the card well into 15 days after being told by Austin it would arrive in 7 to 10 days. I waited the 10 and showed back up to ask where is it was fearing someone plucked it from the mail or it was mailed to the wrong address. I spoke to Mr. Medina who at the time made no indication he was a manager then informed me oh it is on the way and should be there. I come back a few days later as now it is 15 days in from account opening to a different story. It wasn't ordered til the 15 and will be here the latest Tuesday.... I've been 3 weekends now woth out the ability to woth draw money on the weekends. So I don't recommend this branch and will be contacting the regional manager to discuss why I was lied to about my card and about who the manager is there.

      The last few times I called the phone goes dead. So I called back using the number Abel Medina gave me and as I'm listening to his message the phone cuts me off again. When you go in they are very helpful and friendly, but trying to call and get customer service is a nightmare. I realize they are trying to get people to do there banking on line but I don't want to.... But I shouldn't be penalized by Horrible customer service.

      The service is always friendly and loan officers are actually there to help you. Plus the hours stay open later than most banks and its in Reasors so you can go to the bank and buy groceries. Im really happy that this bank is here

      I sat on hold for 20 minutes and finally hung up. I just had a simple question that would have taken less than a minute to answer. Wish I could just get a direct number to my branch office. I've had this happen before and I have a several accounts that I'm thinking about moving to a more customer centric institution.

      Getting fed up always locking up my accounnt you can not call noone answers the phone anywhere you always have to go into a branch try to check my account and I just can't dont even get text messages when I am supposed to thinking of changing banks heard American heritage bank is great.

      I was a credit union member before I retired for 40 years. So I wanted to join a local credit union. I'm glad I found Tulsa Federal. All the good that has been said about Tulsa Federal is very true.
