  This bank is in short amazing. The loan officers have helped me time and time again. I was recently running on little sleep and trying to get a vehicle loan when the staff told me that they could grant the loan but it would start me upside down in the loan on the vehicle. They printed me documentation to take back and negotiate a better price. I can never say enough about my bank.

  My husband has been with GCFCU for many years and has had several loans with them. When looking for a new truck he called and visited with the LO and was given a great rate due to history with the CU. Being a loyal customer still pays off at some places!! He bought the truck and the process was so simple, never had to go the CU it was all completed electronically. Great place and great people!!

  The drive through staff are not so nice my father n law is very hard hearing and I have to help him and there just very rude or they will set there and laugh at you it’s sad I don’t recommend anyone to go here

  Jessica, Management takes these matters very seriously and deeply regrets that you had a bad experience. We will be investigating this and having a discussion with the team. Typically we find that laughter within the group is from a discussion that is taking place separate from what is happening with the member. However, it is your perception that matters and we will see that this is addressed.

  I wouldnt recommend this bank to my worst enemy. Problem, after problem. I had a construction loan through them and they went through 3 agents in charge of my file, because they kept quitting. I received no communication each time when this happened and couldn’t get access to the money the builder needed on time - on multiple occasions. Then our file was given to Bob/Brent, and that has helped nothing. This is the typical bank that is willing to screw customers in order to get their money. They’ve stalled moving forward on our loan extension (though claiming they’re ‘rushing) so we have to keep paying interest with nothing to show for it. They even admitted that they’d been working on other projects. We were also misquoted in the very beginning about how much interest would cost each month, and we had paperwork reflecting it, and they didn’t bat an eyelash, and still demanded DOUBLE what we were quoted. It’s just been problem after problem. I would go to any other bank, but this one.

  I have banked there for almost a year. Love the tellers. They are always so sweet. I have never had to wait in line, inside or in the drive through!

  I love this bank. I have not had any problems with the bank. Their a couple of tellers that could be a little more friendly but other than that it's a great place.

  I love walking in the lobby and they know me by name. They take the time to visit with me when I come in to do my deposit. It feels more like a family.
