  The staff at Westport FCU are fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. When refinancing my car, they made the process simple and easy and go me a great rate. Katie is especially wonderful! I'd recommend them to all of my friends and family.

  The staff at Westport Federal Credit Union on State Road are always very friendly and helpful. When opening additional accounts, they've made the process smooth and efficient. I've used other credit unions in the past and have left unsatisfied, but here at WFCU, they take good care of their members, striving for customer satisfaction.

  I think this branch is great. I have been a member for forty year's and the service is still great. The girls are all friendly and helpful in all aspects of banking, from safe deposit box access to something simple as opening a saving account. Two thumbs up.

  Have to agree with other reviews about this branch, state road, have waited while they have personal conversations. One person in particular never puts $ in envelope at drive through money almost goes. The other branch extreme opposite however it is further for me to go. Considering changing banks, sad been going there since childhood and parents were also lifelong customers back when Thelma & others were there in begining. Very upsetting I actually get anxiety when I have to go there. Whatever happened to customer service ?

  You need a good bank this is the bank to go to the workers are so great there always smiling and willing to help in anyway they treat you like family
