  We have never been happier with the level of service my husband and I received at Westmark Credit Union. Micaylah Webb was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She quickly answered any questions we had and and kept us apprised of our loan process and progress. Rarely have I seen such focus and integrity in business today. We will continue to stay with Westmark for as long as the employees are as professional and detailed as Micaylah. Kudos to Westmark for hiring such amazing employees. Have always been treated with honesty and respect. Top notch business ethic.

  We have been using another credit union for a few years now. Janice overlooked our auto loan and helped us refinance and lowered our interest rate significantly. She is truly amazing at what she does. The entire team at the Garity location is so helpful. We will be bringing all of future financial needs to Westmark Credit Union.

  I’ve been with US Bank for 12 years. Kelly gave me such great customer service that I decided to get my next auto loan through Westmark. She was really knowledgeable and worked around my busy work schedule.

  After being unable to get into the bank I used, I went to Westmark on Birch Ln. Sarah Pequignot spent all the time needed to help my husband and I sweitch to Westmark. She was helpful, gave us all the time and consideration we needed. We left there feeling that we had made progress and that now when we call, someone will answer and give us the help we need. Casey also spent a great deal of time with us on another banking matter. They were both great.

  My loan experience with westmark was great. My granddaughter and her husband had bee approved by another CU for a loan to purchase a new home under construction. They entered into a contract to purchase. All was fine until 40 days from closing, at that point the CU advised them that they were declining the loan. I was referred to Camron Wagner and `Micaylah Webb loan officers at Westmark. The two of them were able to put a loan through in record time and we were able to close on time. Camron and Micaylah went above just good customer service to outstanding service to the point where Micaylah stayed in the office after hours to get the papers signed. I believe these people should be recognized for their great work.
