  We have always had a wonderful experience with the ladies here at Western-Shamrock. At any time that we have been in a bit of a pinch financially, they have always been there to assist. Being friendly and polite to everyone I have seen enter the place looking for help, they work tirelessly to find solutions for everyone needing a few extra dollars.

  First time ever going to this place i was a little iffy. I dealt with Summer. From the moment i walked in to the moment i walked out i felt very welcome. She was courteous and very professional. Outstanding customer service skills. I will most definately be back.

  The staff there are really friendly. They make sure you understand everything before you sign anything. I love the new location and look! The Staff is on the spot! Way to go ladies!

  The lady that works at the duncan loan company is rude and hateful and has a snobby attitude. She needs to find a new job
