  Opened a loan a few months back to help build credit. I ended up closing my loan due to an individual I believe who is the manager being completely rude and un professional on the phone as well in person. She was constantly on the phone taking personal calls and eating while other employees would be taking payments from customers. She needs to practice better communication skills and work on her professionalism.
