  Western Finance Located on Austin Highway, If you can't give correct change then how can I trust you with my loan? I went to make a payment on the morning of 1/17/20. The clerk Crystal quoted me 267 and some change for all of my accounts. I handed her 280 dollars. She then began to inefficiently apply money to my account. I suppose she was applying some of the change to my other accounts. I am not sure as she was not communicating her intent. This is not rocket science. Simple math would tell you that 280 - 267 would mean that I am getting 13 dollars back. Crystal handed me some loose change back somewhere between a dollar or a dollar fifty. The receipts she gave me all had change on them in the amounts of 2 dollars, 3 dollars and 89 cents. Yet, I was only given a dollar and some change in coins. I escalated to this to the managers attention and overall to get to the bottom of this it took 30-35 mins to get this resolved when I was already sneaking out of work to pay this item because they only accept in person payments. Ultimately, It was not explained to me why I was only get a dollar back in change. I assess that this change was given to me because crystal misqouted the "system of record" they have for keeping track of loans. Regardless of this miscue, an apology was definitely in order but no sincere one is given. This review will stay up until one is given. If I were in the same situation as Sandy the Manager---I would have offered a sincere apology and gave the change that was promised 13 dollars. #integrity #trainyouremployees #professionalism #frustrated #BBB #principleofthematter

  My husband got a loan. His credit wasn’t the best but they worked with him and he was eligible for a starter loan. I would definitely recommend if you need some extra cash

  If there was a no star button this location has it written all over it. They are very unprofessional, beware of your personal information such as SS# and ID. I wanted to read into the paragraph about how they run your credit and background and you have to give your signature, the employee handed me over someones application which was not mine, it was a gentlemans application displaying all his personal information. If you want to risk your personal information this is the place!!!!!

  definitely better than other loan places i have been too. i like that its broken down into monthly payments rather than weekly or bi-weekly. makes it so much better.
