  VERY RUDE PEOPLE. Im not sure if the "manager" was just in a bad mood that day or thats just how she naturally is, but she was very rude. & just lazy, we submitted oyr application for a loan they had told us they would call us back the same day but NEVER did and its the next day & STILL NOTHING. We just went next door to Personal Credit. & they were sooo friendly & lovely. Fast & easy with a quick response. If your thinking about going to Western Finance. Just dont. Go next door to Personal Credit, i reccommend them 100%
