  Went an got a new loan. Even though the money did help the customer service was horrible. I lasted more then I needed their. Daniel needs a lot of help with being faster and explaining the process better. I was confused leaving their. If the ladies Jackie and Lucy would have helped me I probably would have been in and out faster. If you get a new loan don’t go with Daniel. Go with one of th ladies!!!! This is my review from my experience from the other day.

  I’ve been doing business with Lucy for years but recently her new hire Daniel Flores has been very unprofessional. You don’t need to threaten for me to make a payment. I have always paid on. I understand it’s your job but their is way to go about it then calling and being very rude. Not only I’m I having this issue but other customers as well. I respect Lucy so much but the person she hired needs to be removed or taught how to have customer service.

  Went in 2 weeks ago just forgot to rate Lucy’s new acct specialist Daniel helped me and and his service was quick and fast no problems with him I seen him when he worked at tractor supply he’s fast and accurate also Jacky and Lucy taught him well at his job

  My first time going to western finance I was 18 with no credit also at the time was interested In a loan I went in and they helped me right away even with me having no credit score now my credit score sits on the high 600s and yes I do recommend their services thanks Lucy and sandy 💯🇨🇱🇺🇸
