  My mom had an account with western finance for years all of a sudden they started tacking late charges on her monthly payments and the bill was always paid on time, she paid off her loan and now she can't get another loan with them because of some nonsense explanation they gave her, bottom dollar,be careful when dealing with these people,

  They are amazing an so sweet people. Even a lady named Haley Basham does a awesome job. Everyone in there does a great job. Most definitely will come back. Keep doing awesome guys 2 thumbs up from me

  When you pay a loan off many times they will suddenly say you don't qualify for a loan, when you are in a bind and need money for an emergency do not use these people,

  I came in to get a loan I was turnt down however the staff at the location was phenomenal! Both were very professional and sweet. I will be back and will recommend them to others.

  Came through for me when I was in a bind. My deep freezer went out on a Saturday morning. I called to get a loan to get a freezer and Lawanda informed me that they had brand new one in store I could get on a loan note. They saved me from losing all my frozen frozen foods. Thanks for everything. I do recommend using them.
