  I have dealt with them several times and they have always been friendly, courteous, and efficient. They have never made any mistakes or lost my info or anything like that, so I think they are a good company. The most important thing to me is that they have always been up-front and never tried to trick me by concealing or misrepresenting anything.

  They have previously been great and friendly however their lack of communication between 2 individuals who work there is frustrating. Looking to pay my loan off and not re-loan.

  I called these ladys multiple times and got great information and excellent help. When I went in Mercedes helped me. She was very friendly! Great atmosphere and music. Also it didn't take much time and I learned about more opportunities there.. Over all it was the right choice!!

  I was in a financial bind and needed emergency money when I found the friendly staff at Western Finance. I'm very glad I did. The staff reassured me that they could take care of me and they did! I left their office feeling like they had removed a huge weight off my shoulders and they did it while keeping my credit score healthy and insuring that I had a low manageable payment! If I ever find myself in need again, I know exactly where to go.
