  Had such a great experience. Everyone was so nice and had such a fast turn around after putting in my application. The manager was so sweet and answered all of my questions before I could ask them. Definitely would recommend 10/10!

  Western finance have friendly people that works with you when you need a loan.thanks to the supervisor from western loan he gave me a good deal on a 70 inch TV and other stuff . Thank you Mellisa and your supervisor for being so kind and helpful .

  The lovely ladies that work at Western Finance in Plainview Tx they are awesome and they work with me when i have a hard time. Very friendly and fast at what they do.

  Since Modesta took over at this office, the customer service went bad. She is untruthful and super aggressive in her collection practices. If you make her mad she will attempt to ruin your reputation in a small community. She has done this at other loan companies in which she has worked . I know a man who was behind but was typically good about making his payments. She sent people to his job attempting to collect payment. In short, do not get a loan at Western Finance in Plainview. Modesta will ruin you at every opportunity.

  My sister paid a loan 6 months ago for a vehicle, they still haven’t given us the title. We live out of town and took over the payments since our father is deceased. When the title was paid off they gave us the run around and have yet to send us the title. Melissa is the one we had been dealing with but no longer works there. Hmmm something shady....

  I've been very satisfied the way they treat me in a relaxed friendly atmosphere, and go out of their way to help me when needed as a friend. I've done business with them now for several years and I'll continue. I recommend them highly.
