  As a previous customer I had consistently excellent service. I needed to change banks due to frequent overseas transactions but still go in occasionally for rolls of quarters or changing bill denominations and they are still consistently courteous and competent. Small town feel to the place, friendly & relaxed.

  Terrible customer service. I have never been treated so rudely by a bank management over and over . I will be closing my business account and moving to a bank with personal who have a professional attitude. With the Rude service this bank provides I do not know how they stay in business.
