  I tried to withdraw $400, the ATM did not dispense money but electronically it's a pending post on my non-Westamerica account. I called the branch manager that same day, she was disinterested and told me to call my bank. I called a different manager five days later and she said the problem was with my bank. She said that they were aware of their ATM problem but I'd just have to wait. My bank cannot do anything while it's still pending and Westamerica won't process it as "no-cash given", so I'm in limbo. I'd like to call the police but they would tell me it's a civil matter. If I took $400 from Westamerica I'd be a criminal, but it's a civil matter when Westamerica has taken it and they laugh it off.

  The Tellers are always nice and answer all my questions! never have i had to wait more than 5 minutes in line.

  Very poor bank will put 7 day hold on payroll checks without notice I don't recommend bank to anyone closing account.

  Closes way to early everyday plus not open Saturday and Sunday
