  Friendly, but less than honest in their terms and conditions. I very carefully read the terms and conditions for their "pay people". Nowhere did it say anything other than FREE. But wait, they charge $.55 per transfer anyway. Sure, it's an oversight on their part in not publishing fees and stating in terms and conditions that it is FREE, but also makes them look less than honest. Would they stand behind the FREE statement in the terms and conditions? NO. Would I do personal banking with this bank. NO. Becky in support was great. Unfortunately, it took several calls and weeks of delays before I aggravated someone else enough for them to transfer me to her.

  I've banked with WP bank for about 15 years. They haven't done anything for me other than hold my money and charge me monthly fees. I applied for a auto loan they offered me one at 15% intrest I went to a credit union and they gave me a loan for 2.3%. The wait for a debit card is ridiculously long 2-3 weeks typically and they do not offer fraud protection. I've started using a credit union for my banking needs. I would recommend looking at the difference between a traditional bank and a credit union. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is the service has always been fairly decent for myself

  Had nothing but problems with them and taking double payments out of my account and not ever having an answer as why 2 payments come out. I would put 0 stars but one is as low as I could go.

  Best bank! Until i started using this bank i wouldnt bank anywhere! They are wonderful!!
