      Does not CARE about customer service or being good to their employees. West End is all about saving a penny when they can not treating employees with the respect and care they deserve. When you "grow" with the company and earn your "perks" such as raises and vacation time. They WILL find a reason to get rid of you and save a buck by hiring in people part time, for less money and less PTO. Customers and employees deserve FAR better than West End has to offer.
