  It should come at No Surprise that the Palmdale Wescom Branch has a Perfect 5 Star Rating!! In general, Wescom beats it's competition in Many More ways than one. When it comes to banking here in So Cal, the service provided by Brooke and her staff here in Palmdale is unparalleled! Despite this branch being 30+ miles from me, I made it a point to make the drive up here because of the Excellent Customer Service that NO other bank or employees I personally have dealt with (Citi, Chase, BofA, Logix), have the capability of providing. Keep up the Amazing Work! I AM a Customer for Life!! 👊😉🤙

  They ran my credit score for an auto loan and after told me I was approved but needed 2021 taxes or 20% down since my taxes weren’t completed yet. Offered my bank statements and proof of business along with the fact I’m a customer of over 15 years. Horrible communication. I will no longer be banking with them.

  AVOID AVOID AVOID - This bank shows two balances and neither are ever accurate. They shuffle your transactions for maximum confusion so they can scam overdraft fees. They victim blame the customer when fraud happens even though the fraud is due to the banks awful dated security and absolutely horrid app. Worst 90 day account experience of my life.

  Ever since I opened an account here, I never had any problems. I thought I had an over drafted check. Well, they made sure if I did or didn’t have an overdraft. Waaalaaa, I wasn’t and they made sure I wasn’t. They take their time to make sure you are totally satisfied. Time isn’t theirs it’s yours. I will never deal with another bank again. I think Wescom is the BEST and the best way to go.

  Horrible phone system. Thirty minutes first time on home then twenty minutes on hold... Are you kidding me, still no one pick up!. .... I've previous posted Wescom Credit Union 1 Star. I'm changing the that Star to at least a 3 because I've later received a follow-up call from customer service explaining how I can reach them directly. 3 for effort \o/

  I recently tried to do a settlement agreement with wescom after I stated to wescom and their attorney within the time allowed from notice I received in which I responded with wescom lawyers I stated I recently suffered a serious health issues seem like I received cold shoulder after being with wescom for nearly 15 years accounts were always in good standing car bank and credit until recently I asked recently for a settlement offer lawyer stated that wescom was insisting I pay the full balance now in this health crisis we are in ...... ??😞😞
