  Great service and friendly staff. There was only 1 person getting serviced. There was no crowd. I walked in and out in 5 min.

  This branch has bad customer service. They seem to think they can treat customers However they want and are very rude . Specially the operating supervisor Jackie Alvarez. She is rude, will definitely be closing my account and go to a different credit union .

  I love my bank!! Been a member for about 10 years now. Everyone is friendly, and kind whenever I go. Just got my first auto loan and everything went smoothly. Isaiah helped me every step of the way! He even helped me get a lower rate then what I was originally quoted + hooked up car insurance!! 😊 I'm truly thankful and would recommend Wescom to anyone.

  Today went hoping to get a document notarized - long shot, I know. I waited to be called on in an empty line as 2 of 3 tellers were helping others. After a couple minutes of waiting, the 3rd teller makes a comment out loud, "is this guy waiting in line?" (instead of: I can help you here/how can I help you?). Poor attitude and poor service. And of course, notary service is only for members. Short experience, but I implore you, please take your membership/money elsewhere!

  Unconcerned, disingenuous and just downright lousy customer service. I went in to get information on investments no one acknowledged me or stated someone will be with you momentarily. I don't do business where my money or my time is not valued and appreciated. Your loss not mine!

  The lady at the front desk wasn't even trying to help me out and seemed bothered for whatever reason. She ran my credit without my consent which is illegal. Waste of time and now I have a hard inquiry on my credit for what? For nothing

  I love the convenience of the drive thru ATM in Hawthorne CA., (120th&Crenshaw) but I'm not sure the hours of operation are the same as the bank's lobby hours. Input anyone??
