  I applied for a loan and Symone C followed up immediately. Although I had a made few errors she helped me to correct my application and went above and beyond ! I just opened my Wescom account the previous month and am so happy I did . The customer service is exceptional and Symone C is AMAZING!

  Just waited over 30 minutes to get a new card. Was told it would be 10 minuets, no one came to let me know it would be longer and when I got my card it didn't even work. Took me over an hour to get a new card thats working and there was no line.

  Came here to use the ATM. This an affiliated bank of my credit union. It's a good thing that their ATM machines are accessible after the bank closes. From the outside, you can see a spacious bank with enough chairs for customers waiting to be served. No staff interaction this visit but everything went well. There is big parking lot in this area.

  This place is a joke. Walked in to open an account and no less than 4 employees were chatting, milling around and "hanging out". Asked me to wait. 20 minutes later I'm told that the agent is "logging in" and can't help me. I'm glad I wasn't able to open an account, wouldn't want to deal with these people.

  Very bad the attention is not put on the client's side, I only went to change a check and it lasted more than 25 minutes and they did not pay me the check, then I guided the next day and neither. The culver city agency does not understand or consider people's time.
