  Nice people, but the slowest drive-thru of any branch or bank I have ever been to. It took me 23 minutes after being directly at the kiosk to get my deposit done..... Not to mention I waited 8 minutes before I decided to hit the call button to be greeted. Also my debit card has been compromised 2 different times and zero security measures were taken after they ran my account almost dry. 🙃

  I like this branch a lot better than the branches in Elm Grove. The women who work at the Elm Grove branch are rude and come off as snobs. However, the tellers at the Highlands branch are very friendly and convenient. I enjoy the fact that they have extended hours through the week and weekend hours, which is very helpful for those of us who work later. If they had not opened the branch at the Highlands, I would have switched to another bank.

  Just went to deposit some checks and Beverly gave me some great advice on opening a separate account. Will definitely take her advice! I'm glad that the people who work there look after their customers.

  Attempted to get a small car loan (Car is $7k) and got denied. The car was going to be for my fiancé, who has a credit score of 730-745 depending on who you look into, has had the same job for a year and a half, makes around $17k/year. I was co-signing, my credit score is 760-780 depending on who you look at. My income is around $70k/year, haven’t gone a single day in almost 4 years without a job. Neither of us have a single negative remark on our credit. Both of our credit histories go back around 4 years and our debt to income is extremely low. I’m not exactly sure how we can get denied for such a small car loan with these reasons. If you are coming to Wesbanco with the intention of getting a loan, think twice. Our credit is over 100 points higher than the average credit and we still couldn’t get a small loan... We’re already pre-approved at Huntington, so we will be taking our business to them instead.

  This is a decent branch. However the drive-through is quite peculiar. There is no windows to see the teller. You have to look through a video screen. It's a little bit like pulling up to the gate at some high-security compound.

  They never answer the phone I am always on hold for at least 2 hours and they never work I have had my car for weeks now and still can’t use it very disappointed WesBanco

  Went there and the bank teller was nothing but rude for no reason. Only had to make a deposit and she was slamming her pens and giving me attitude and overall acting like a child.

  Love the extra hours you keep for the working people. I have always had pleasant service from the folks here. I wish all banks were this nice to do business with.

  Website says open Sunday 12- 3. Go to wesbanco. NOT OPEN get your stuff straight, its an inconvenience for people.
