  Would give it 0 stars if I could. Opened an account online. After verifying an external account (with 2 deposits that Chase deposited!), I was locked out of the new Chase Account. Called and was told to go to the nearest location to verify my identity. I did and they told me I would need to reopen an account. But yet that deposit could still be made (so what's the problem?).. The guy rushed me and clearly had no time or interest in helping. It was time for them to go...worst experience with a bank ever!

  Went in on a Saturday and even though they were extremely busy, Leslie ( assistant vice president ) was so helpful and patient with us! Excellent customer service like this is the reason why we continue to bank with Chase!

  Terrible experience with this branch. I had my identity stolen and drive an hour to this branch to open a new checkings account. The teller refused to open the account for me. He told me to do it on my phone app. Now almost a month later, I can’t use my new account still because there is an issue with mailing. When I called corporate customer service, they told me all of this could have been avoid if a set the account up at a branch. Well I tried and the male teller on the far left refused to help. Now not only was my identity stolen, but I also don’t have access to all of the money I transferred to this new account. As soon as I can get access, I’m closing all of my chase accounts.

  Amazing customer service! staff is very professional and make you welcomed and valued. If you stop at this branch I recommend relationship banker Shell. Great bank, great customer service, what more could you want?

  Extremely disappointed with Chase Bank. Two other branches in the area have closed including the ATM’s at those locations, meaning this is the ONLY Chase left in the area. What a way to completely alienate your customers. Will not be banking with them much longer!
