  Would give a negative number if I could I was on the phone for an hour to get my title from a car I paid off 5 yrs ago. (Ohio). They never released my lien. Not surprised they wouldn't know ANYTHING about proactivity With all the electronic means available I have to wait 5 days or so to get my notorized TITLE. All I needed was a fax of the notorized copy sent to to the title bureau. The title bureau even had their own release form that we could fax to them. Just difficult for no reason at all. I was so glad to be done with them when I paid off my car. After they mail me my title, I hope I never have to deal with Wells Fargo again!

  Would rate in the negative if it was at all possible.. paid my vehicle off in July and it is now November and I am STILL not able to get my title released. I have spent hours on the telephone with rude customer service representatives. They insist that my title is an Ohio title and has been sent to me. I live in PA and have a registration (with title number) for PA title on this vehicle. As well as have never received a title. When visiting DMV, Harrisburg states Wells Fargo never released the lien on this title therefore I can’t get a title until they do this. What a circus and apparently not a very well run one at that!! Steer clear of this company at all cost!! Will NEVER deal with them again or recommend them!!

  We're 4 years into our 5 year auto loan and 4 times they have taken out a payment whenever they feel like it. They keep telling us someone made an online payment but neither my husband or I have . Today is the 5th time. All 5 times bounced the checking account that we couldn't get back overdraft fees and WF would not give us the money to make up for them. Todays bounce? $342 worth of overdraft fees. I called it's going to be a week before they mail us a check. Also they're not open on the weekend which makes it twice as fun when you have no money and super ticked off.

  Can not even send out the right title release for a car. I have a 2002 Hyundai Electra needs the title released but they are sending a 2001 Dodge Interpret title release. I would recommend Not Doing Business with these people. RATE WOULD BE 0 STARS IF I COULD!!!!!

  Charging 10.00 to do a check by phone is insane wells fargo especially with the credibility issues the bank already has. Just a tad shady eliminate this and i will change my rating . Id like refunded all of em as i have never been late 1 time ever on my loan sad.

  This bank doesn't have a lone of communication between branches . You send your payments in and they don't post to the account. The car payment has been paid by check with statement, We are now going to file a complaint with the attorney general in PA. Poor customer services even after faxes information.

  I couldn't access my user ID and called the service center for help. The customer service rep didn't sound to enthusiastic. Nonetheless, we got things worked out and it was an overall pleasant call. If you have a problem with your eService and can't find help online, giving the service center a call will get you the help you need.

  After many dropped calls, voicemails, and emails, I have received absolutely no help. If you need to deal with them at all, AVOID.

  Customer service is aggressive and difficult to work with, they have no sense of human decency and get hostile at the slightest hiccup of misunderstanding . Don't loan with this company if you expect to be treated like a person .

  Why are you closed on the weekends when that's when most people are free during your hours??? And why does it take over five minutes to make a telephone payment? Repeat it a fifth time why not
