      Normally, I have a great experience with Wells Fargo. However, today I did not have a good experience with this location. Today, I decided to use the drive up service lane because it was practically empty with only one other customer in the other lane. I sent my tube over to the teller and was not acknowledged until I had been sitting there for at least 6 or 7 minutes when I pressed the "call teller" button. The teller said hello but did not tell me that she would be right with me or asked what they could help me with. So I sat there for another 15 MINUTES waiting for someone to help me. After I had been waiting this amount of time, a customer had pulled up into the lane next to me and the teller greeted them right away and helped them with their service. At this point, I was getting extremely upset since I had wasted over 20 minutes of my time waiting for someone to help me with a simple transaction. It wasn't until I was showing irritated body language that I was getting pretty upset with the situation. At this point, the teller finally acknowledged me and deposited my money in less than a minute. To reiterate, this transaction should've taken a couple minutes (if that) TOTAL. However, it ended up with a customer waiting for over 20 minutes to be acknowledged and served. I had gone to this location several times over the past couple of years that I have been a Wells Fargo customer. However, Wells Fargo has now lost a loyal customer at this location. >:(

      Wells Fargo closed branches just north and south of this branch; but, they have not added enough tellers to keep up with the added business; avoid busy times or you'll have a long wait. Water and coffee are free. Tellers and bank officers are friendly and professional. 5 stars even after noting above.

      This branch speaks to Wells Fargo Brand, high quality customer service, very convenient and very resourceful.       Such a friendly and caring staff. When dealing with a lost loved one and handling their affaires. It's important that you have someone who is knowledgeable. They took such great care of me during a very difficult time. Even I myself was impatient and sometimes a bit rude. They still cared, and made sure things were done right the first time. Thank you!

      Would prefer going to another location. Would not come back here even for the convenience. Very displeased with my experience I had at this location. I don't appreciate them attacking my intelligence and what I have become accustomed to when going to any of my regular branches. The female manager in charge could have handle better, very disappointed in the service provided. Did not feel very welcome. No stars would be more appropriate.

      I just tried to make an appointment on the website to see a banker, and there are no time slots available from now (Dec 29) through the end of January. I tried every date. I think they are screwed up.
