Chase Bank Reviews

Ralph Cordova1This chase bank needs to catch up with the times and update to the current ATMs. They are cheeping out and won’t fix their 20 year old out dated ATMs that hardly ever work. Depositing cash takes 20 min if it works(hardly ever). The bill readers can’t read the bills unless they are brand new bills. They process like they are running on 28 megabytes of Ram. And they only accept 30 bills or checks combined at a time. I’m not sure if they are being frugal or just lazy, either way this should be fixed.

Jacob S.1March 6th 2022 About 6:33 MST my deposit of 240.- was taken by the chase at what used to be PV mall. I was unable to call anyone to assist me and I have bills to pay. Please fix this situation so I can pay my bills.

James F3This branch needs to work on its staffing and customer service. I entered this bank at 2:06 pm to obtain a cashier’s check. Already, 15 people were in line waiting for one of two tellers. Additionally, one person was waiting for a personal banker. While waiting, I observed 4 employees, person bankers in conversation around one of the desks and a fifth with a customer. My sister in law is a former branch manager and has told me that bank employees are cross trained. So why didn’t the manager take notice of the back up with the tellers and assign one or two personal bankers to assist the tellers? Poor management. I walked out of this branch at 2:37 pm. 31 minutes is a long time for service. And by the way, three people ahead of me left the line, seemingly tired of waiting.

Tyler Wennet1Told me to comeback in a hour as they were short staffed at lunch and my transaction would take to long, even for an account holder.

Valeria López4I’m doing a 4-star review because I’ve never actually been inside, bu this is my go-to ATM. It’s never busy at the hours I go, the lanes and overall layout are really nice to drive through, and the location is perfect. Never seen a broken machine here in the two years I’ve been using it

Lively Mgmt, LLC5After an extremely ill-timed and unfortunate experience with an online agent, who made an unapproved account change, I was required to go into a branch location. Mark S, the officer that supported me, went above and beyond to correct the account issue and assisted me with other matters so efficiently, the entire experience turned out to be a positive one. Thanks again Mark for going above and beyond! I appreciate all you did for me and Lively Mgmt!

Sachin Kasmalkar5I had problems in accessing my bank account. I reached out to Miranda from the Tatum Blvd, AZ branch and she was very helpful and patient with my request. I am a Chase customer for 20+ years, and I am thankful to Miranda for her help.

Mark Budde1Moved our business and personal accounts after they went from great customer service to no customer service. (1) Closed all drive-thru lanes (put large steel posts in DT lanes -- makes it hard to reopen), (2) replaced most tellers inside with a machine that does very few of the transactions people need. Have a person who used to be a teller standing in the lobby trying to get people to use the machine (how about putting this person in a teller station), (3) dramatically increased fees charged for all services adding $200-$300/month to our costs, despite paying 0.1% or less interest on our accounts. Guess this is what happens when the decision makers sit in some big office somewhere and never have to experience how their actions affect customers. Only way to get them to change is if enough people leave.

Dusty Ross1Worst customer service, I will never step foot in a branch again. Holding 3k hostage because THEY put address in wrong. Now account is cancelled. They had no problem transferring money in from my credit union, but now I have to wait 2 weeks for a check. Unbelievable poor customer service for a brand new customer.
