  Poor customer service. Need an appointment to update account info. I guess they only have one person for that. That person isn't available for two weeks.(no appointment till two weeks) Reason; the representive will be away from branch. The rep wasn't doing anything during the time I showed up. The rep was sitting behind the desk arms crossed. I work do not have time for the back and forth. Very frustrating. Apparently, all branches are being managed the same way.

  This bank is ridiculous!! Every time I come in there are 20-30 people in line and only one teller!! Expect to wait in line for 2 hours!!

  It's 10am Thursday They're closed.Makes no sense. Pandemic is irrelevant. I dont understand why they close all branches Saturday. I reached out to Kimberly a 661 number 3 times and no answer back .Make this bank great again or move on

  Please update your hours . It's 11:18am several people including myself attempting to withdrawal money from the inside ATM and to our surprise they are closed. Based on the hours of operation they are suppose to close at 12pm .As it is I hate come to the bank . THANKS WELLSFARGO .

  I am only giving 5 out of 5 stars to this rating because Erick Beltran is a talented and professional banker. He went above and beyond to help me with my questions and concerns about obtaining a credit card increase, line of credit, and information on stocks. He has mastered his customer service skills and I truly believe that he is the best banker in this branch.

  I want there like 3 weeks ago and want back yesterday. The bank is still closed. With a note on the doors saying temporary closed. Dam shame SMH!!!
