      They say they will approve you for certain amount of rates . They just say that to run you’re credit . Screw you over I would no suggest anyone to apply for a loan here .

      Today on my Lunch break around 12:30pm went to SCE FCU a shared branch of my credit union to make my car payment. After making it there just before closing and after waiting in a line from the entrance door for 20 minutes, I finally arrived at the teller window. I explained to the teller that I was from a shared branch credit union and that I wanted to make my car payment. I gave him my acct #, I.D, and cash for my payment. After accessing my info their system and counting my cash for payment, he then stated you need to fill out an inter-branch deposit slip. I told him I looked for them but didn't see them on the counter and that the teller usually gives it at the window. He then stated "Well I don't have any!!! " I asked him if he could please ask the other tellers if they had any. The teller next to him gave him the slip I immediately filled it out and instead of completing the transaction, he then in a condescending and arrogant tone said "When you come to the window next time make sure you have your transaction filled out in advance, cause it's not fair to the other customers , you are inconveniencing everyone else". I explained that the tellers have always given me this slip at window and been very courteous in helping me with this transaction, because this is not my credit union, and it has never been a problem before. Instead of completing my transaction, He continued to reprimand me about how much of an inconvenience I was being. . I finally stated " I'm only on my lunch break trying to make my car payment and I understand could we please just complete the transaction without you continuing to reprimand me. He then said "No I'm NOT going to take your payment" I said " Sir you are being really rude and discourteous could I please speak to some one else to help me with this transaction. He then arrogantly stated " NO I'm the Branch Manger and my name is Alan Bran. So in disbelief I asked him again "So you are refusing to take my car payment and refusing for anyone else to help me?" He emphatically and arrogantly said "Yes" and turned a "We deserve the right to refuse service to anyone" sign around in my face" In gathering my belongings I accidently dropped my money and belongings on the floor. While knelt down gathering my money and belongings this Alan Bran is laughing as though his ignorance was to be applauded by the customers and employees. This discourteous , unprofessional, untrained ignorant so called teller Branch Manager disgraced SCE FCU in front of all the customers and his fellow employees. He is an awful unhappy human being who should not deal with the public. I stopped going there because their computer shuts down a lot after you have stood in line for 20-40min. I now regret even more going their today. Please don't use this Branch!!! I would hate for anyone to be treated the way I was today! I only gave one star because I can't divide it in half , and because everyone else in the branch were so nice and apologetic to me for Alan Bran's unprofessional, disrespectful, discourteous behavior. An intelligent professional representative/teller would have merely asked the customer to step aside to fill it out, while they took the next customer.

      Q-VO, I DON'T GO IN AS MUCH ,BUT WHEN I DO THEY HAVE TREATED ME WITH RESPECT AND VERY HELPFUL TO ASSIST ME WITH MY TRANSACTIONS. EVEN CALLING MY OTHER BANK TO GET MY INFO. I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG I BEEN WITH THEM , I HAVE TRANSFER MY ACCOUNTS TO THERE BANK AND WORKING ON MAKING THEM MY MAIN BANK.. 😉 ROLLIN NOT STROLLIN ♿ THANK YOU GILBERT MIDGET
