Josh Smith1Don't go here if you want to keep your money safe. After a family friend went to change a large sum of bills, she discovered they actually withdrew it from her account instead . The supervisor who was there at the time gave us the runaround just told us to call customer service who gave us the runaround. Fraud department told us this branch is responsible, and we're escalating it.

Seda Vash1I called this bank since early September to try to make an appointment to open an account for my minor teenage daughter. Why Wells Fargo? My husband and I have been Wells Fargo customers since the beginning of time. It would be more convenient for our daughter to have an account with Wells Fargo for transfers and so on. Each time I called this branch, it took several phone calls for anyone to pick up. And the person answering the phone was always very rude saying they’re short of bankers and appts are all booked up, just try again in case there are any cancellations without further options given. I tried again and again per recommendation and today was the final straw. The woman answering the phone simply said, “We don’t have bankers today.” Click! No other advice or options given. Instead, we will be walking into the Wells Fargo Safeway Branch in Livermore. Made a same day appt with a banker to do what needs to finally be done. Thank goodness for their cordial customer service and better availability though there are only 2 branches in Livermore to serve close to 100,000 people. I am utterly disappointed with this Wells Fargo. It’s no wonder I have utilized other branches out of town. This was a great reminder of why.

Daniel Morris1The only reason for the 1 star is for the tellers at the window. They are always nice. Worst ATM machines at any bank I have ever been to. They are always broke. And this has been happening for years now and they're just getting worse. And for someone that just needs to put business checks in 3-4 times a week. It is a huge inconvenience and takes a lot more time. Go to another bank if you want working ATM machines.

Joyce Cortes Mackenroth1Today, my husband and I went to Wells Fargo Bank, Patterson, California. Two ladies were very rude to not change the money order for cash since I have my last name with my husband. I showed my current Driver License and my official marriage certificate to one of the ladies. My husband spoke out with two ladies, however, they refused to give cash for me because I am deaf! Two ladies discriminated against Deaf people!! Oh, serious?! Two ladies must be so crazy about discriminating against Deaf people! They refused to change some money for Deaf people!! My husband and I are very upset to see how rude two ladies acted in the bank, they are not professionals! We already contacted the Wells Fargo Bank for reporting an compliant about discriminating against Deaf people.

Debra Waller5Last year my husband and I needed an A.D. documents notarized. Wells Fargo offer the service without charge plus we received outstanding quality service from the manager. A lot of banks charge for this service. In closing we're truly grateful.
