Sonia Padua1Had an appointment for 2:00 was running a little behind so I called to ask if it was okay to come in. the branch did not pick up the phone. Call went to customer service representative The call center send it should be okay since it was only a few minutes behind. I got there 20 minutes after took them 28 more minutes to acknowledge me and asked me to wait till a banker was available walked out the branch at 3:30 with out being seen.

Harold Guerra1Came by as a walk-in anticipating being treated as lower priority than those with an appointment. Our question was quick, but the floor manager (no name tag) comes over and tries to push us away because she had an appointment scheduled in 15 minutes. She said for us to go online but didn't know what to do after that. She had a tablet in her hand and refused to open the WellsFargo website to show us how to navigate to answer our question. Rude women-she has curly black hair. Be aware.

Hunter Foster1Worst customer service I've experienced at this bank. The guy who was working at the front door this morning doesn't need to be working with this bank. Flat out told us he didn't have the time to deal with us. Wish you guys actually valued your account holders. Next step is closing the account and finding another bank!

Jen5Wells Fargo is great been with them for ten plus years. Great customer service at this location. Great account features. Only thing I dislike is that the Wells Fargo closest to me was closed down and this location seams busier each time I have to go inside.

Gary Knight3It's partly the bank itself and also the national bank company. I cannot call the Local branch. Contact takes too much time or is totally impossible!! I will be closing all my accounts as soon as possible!!

Karen Turner1Wells Fargo obviously doesn’t care about getting new customers. I arrived at Wells Fargo on Pine Island Road at 4o’clock Jan 5, and only one person was there to open a bank account. I was told by that person, a gentleman, that he had an appointment at 4 o’clock. If they didn’t show in 10 to 15 minutes he would take me. I waited 15 minutes he walked past me ignoring me. I got up and left. Went to a different bank. I’m sure I will be treated better somewhere else.

Mojgan Styner1Unfortunately I had one of my worst experiences today with this branch. This would be my last time that I go for any of my banking needs to this branch. I would suggest that they would invest more on Training of their staffs in order providing people with accurate information and save more time for both sides. Just hoping that other branches can be more helpful and knowledgeable.

Roelens Vacations4Great Bank. They had a remarkable presence at the National Assoc of Realtors convention in San Diego and offer many products for loans, banking, residential and commercial to fit your needs. We are military and have a great military program. My only complaint is sometimes the wait is long to talk to a person at the bank. My husband and I have waited thirty minutes or more.

Joan Schlereth1I like that they are open til 6pm, but I’m sitting inside waiting for assistance. One person ahead of me, 4 people after me and I had to wait 30 minutes. I need a person to assist me and they have 3 reps all busy. Sad, they take my money quickly and easily but when I need help, the customer service is lacking.
