      Worst service I have ever had. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 15 years. Today I wanted to transfer money to my son’s Wells Fargo account , and they told me that he couldn’t do it because there is no personal banker here. I explain to them it’s emergency and I need money in his account asap. All they can say is we can’t not do it.

      I am editing my review after speaking with the branch manager. She was very professional, sincere, and understanding of my situation. Thank you for taking the time to make customers feel valued after a negative experience. ---Original Review--- I had a horrible experience at this Wells Fargo. First, the location is unsanitary. There were bugs crawling around in my chair. Second, I had a 12:30 PM appointment scheduled in advance and wasn't seen until 12:45. The teller told me that my banker was at lunch and didn't return until 1 pm. I wasn't helped until 12:45 when I became very agitated. There was one banker that was open, but she didn't seem interested in helping until I requested to be helped. All the bankers here are terrible and rude. The branch manager is terrible. No one picks up the phone at this location. Please consider re-training or even re-hiring new folks.

      Some of my friends refer me WellsFargo Bank for my startup business and Never had business with them before. 5 stars customer services for this branch and best experience ever. 1st time experience with wells Fargo Bank and never expect it would be that great customer service i will get. I called them and asked for I want to get information for my business account. Should i walked in or make the appointment? Then, I made the appointment with "Sia Saddat" (Senior Business Specialist) I was on time and she was prepared information for me. She took her time and well-explained me the information of their services, my questions of their services and regarding of my business accounts. It took 3 hours and she didn't even loose her smile. End up, I opened a few accounts with them for my business. She gave me all the documents that i should kept and explained so well about all the accounts and benefits . She exactly know what kind of information and services I'm looking for. I enjoyed my time having such a great service with her and I will definitely do more business with them. Everyone service on this branch is very good. They all have eyes contact and warmhearted smiles. However "Sia Saddat" is the best. She become my favorite person now. I do command her and make the appointment with her 1st before you go in. I promise, you will be happy with their services. Good luck to you all .       I don't bank with Wells Fargo... but this banking location does have an easily accessible ATM in the drive-thru area, which is convenient so you don't have to get out of your car to grab some cash.

      Called to get information on an auto loan and they told me to call the branch that originally helped me. Said thank you and hung up the phone. No explanation. Took them 7mins to answer the phone. Thank you Maya.

      Literally the slowest Wells Fargo branch I ever been to. I sat there for one hour for 1 hour when there was only one guy in front of me.
